We transitioned the Magento codebase into a shared repository and implemented a CI/CD pipeline to streamline development workflows. This allowed for continuous integration and delivery of updates to the developing and staging servers. Additionally, we incorporated the newly developed UI into the Magento platform, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across the site, particularly enhancing the product search, selection, and checkout processes.
