The service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the company and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or inability to use the service, third-party software, or hardware), even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply. In such states, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The company does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible with other systems, operate without interruption, meet reliability standards, or be error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations shall be applied to the maximum extent enforceable under applicable law.
