Wiley X needed their Magento ecommerce platform to become more agile and adaptable for ongoing, collaborative development. The existing infrastructure was limiting their ability to rapidly implement changes and deliver continuous improvements. A faster, more responsive site was critical for enabling a smooth customer journey from product search to checkout.

However, this revitalization required overcoming the inherent complexities and idiosyncracies of Magento. The existing platform suffered from static templates, hindering the customer journey and impacting sales. Wiley X needed a solution that would not only address these technical challenges but also elevate the user experience to reflect the brand's premium positioning and cater to its discerning customer base.

We transitioned the Magento codebase into a shared repository and implemented a CI/CD pipeline to streamline development workflows. This allowed for continuous integration and delivery of updates to the developing and staging servers. Additionally, we incorporated the newly developed UI into the Magento platform, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across the site, particularly enhancing the product search, selection, and checkout processes.
